How Soon Will I Receive My Items?

Typically orders take 4-6 weeks. Each item is hand built from scratch. In some very rare cases, some orders can take up to 12 weeks depending on the volume.  If you need a piece sooner than this, please ask us before placing your order as extra charges may apply.

How Do You Ship?

Most items will ship via freight curbside delivery. This does not include lift gate service or inside delivery but can be purchased additionally. Smaller items will ship via FedEx Ground.

Do you accept returns?

We do! Any item can be returned to us for a full refund. The shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the item in the same condition as it left our warehouse, we will issue a full refund. In some rare cases a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Are The Vanities Sealed?

Yes! Every vanity will be sealed and protected against water damage.

To what extent can I customize a piece?

We can create any piece in any dimension or color as long as it’s a style we have currently built.
