I appreciated the lengthy note encouraging me to unpackaged the item before accepting the delivery. All was well with our island, however, and there were no dents or broken pieces. I really love it. We love it. It took longer than we’d expected but totally worth the wait. The sellers were very attentive and responsive about the delay. They sent pictures before it was shipped for our approval. The hardest part was getting it inside. Luckily the truck driver brought it up my driveway for us. But it weighs over 200 lbs. We have steps leading up to our front door. We had to get help carrying it inside. We asked for the shelves to be removable, so we did take those and the drawers out to make it a bit lighter. But definitely have a plan how you’ll get it inside your home.

This piece was exactly, but more than I expected. It’s stunning. I bought this at a risk, the one piece to complete my kitchen. Everything rode on this being perfect. Fox Den did not disappoint. I love the quality, the smell, and it was oiled down. It’s perfection. If I had a negative, it would be they only deliver to the end of your driveway. I have a long driveway but communications were honest and upfront. We dealt with it. In there defense, it cuts down on shipping costs and for that I’m grateful. Overall, I’d say my experience was exceptional. Any questions I asked were answered immediately and with sincerity. I feel the price charged definitely reflects the quality of work. Craftsmanship was impeccable. Fox Den paid off as being a legitimate company with grand skills, talent, and great customer service.

I just received the Cooper island and it’s more stunning in person than photos. First, it is extremely well made and SOLID wood. This is a piece you can pass on. Second, the price for the quality is very affordable. You could easily spend over 2 – 4 thousand on a kitchen island. Last, everyone at Fox Den Decor is very helpful and responsive. Don’t be shy about reaching out to them. They made my island with a removable top so I could switch it out with a stone slab. It came out perfect and I’m very happy!!
