The item was delivered as described. There were some dents in the wood due to delivery as it was not packaged that well. Overall, I love the product. A picture was sent to me prior to shipping out for my approval. I love my island. It’s a very well made product for the price and I looked around a lot. It looks great in my kitchen.

Love, love our table! Shipping company left it out in the rain and didn’t let me know it was delivered until after they left. Ask for a signature to accept package from seller. Customer service was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really love the piece, except the staining of the piece (sanding ) was pretty poor. I had to wash the whole island down it was really dirty and the smell was intense. Over all the quality is pretty good. I am glad I bought the island and hope that Fox den will encourage the carpenter to do a better sanding and stain job making the product perfect. Thank you 🙏🏻

I was hesitant to make this big of a purchase for such a large piece but I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! It’s literally stunning and exactly what I’ve been looking for. Read the description carefully and know that it is reclaimed wood so it does come with imperfections in the wood, but I love it. WAY better quality than buying junk of Amazon or elsewhere.
Customer service was amazing as was communication. I asked for some changes to be made and it was no problem! Shipping time was exactly what it said it would be and I personally, I experienced zero issues with the shipping carrier. It arrived in perfect condition and I live in the Midwest for reference. Mine did not smell, it smelled like stain which I think smells good. After a few days, you couldn’t smell it at all. Read all information and do your homework, have patient shipping expectations! This is a custom made piece, not assembly line crap! I am thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend to anyone!

I love this island but it has some non professional quirks that add character. The seller was quick to resolve the problem but if it had been ordered for a design client, it would have gone back for a return. Heavy duty construction- solid. I would buy this again for anyone with a rustic decor. The drawers glide quietly and easily but dont set flush into their frame when closed. Slightly off but not too noticeable. Overall for my country home, it is perfect! Great size for my small kitchen. The drawers are perfect for onions& potatoes and chip bags. + towels utensils … great looking!
