The table comes with a damaged parts and they just give me the round to resolve the issue. They offer me to send me sand paper so I need to fix it!? Really!? 2k and I need to fix the issue.

First note before you purchase that this piece is NOT CRATED it’s just wrapped in plastic and shipped in a cardboard box. There’s no way that the item is going to get to you without damage. If they cared they’d crate. There was a huge dent in the top of the table right in the center and the corners were scratched up and one of them was partially cracked off. The drawers don’t open and close easily. One was stuck shut for weeks because of local humidity. They make it seem like this is a beautifully handmade piece made in the USA but it’s actually made in Mexico and carelessly. This item also scratches extremely easily. If you don’t keep it covered it will inevitably scratch. I’m very careful with this table and I’ve only had it for about a month and there are already scratches. Would not purchase had I known all this.

I love the island. It fits my room perfectly. The style is exactly what I wanted. The underside corner of the top has a large gash but I can live with it. The problem was the amount of time it took to recieve the island. I ordered it in February for an end of April delivery. The piece arrived at the end of June. Two months is a long time. Just be honest up front. The contact person never really had information just reassurances. I would order again.

We really like the kitchen island. Pretty great craftsmanship—a solid piece. We experienced a few quirks: The color of the wood is darker in person and a bit uneven—it’s more orange in tone on top while the sides are more brown in tone. We’re guessing they used polyurethane on top and wax on the sides. We will have to do some sanding and waxing in order to make the wood tone uniform, which is a bummer. Also, the left drawer is tough to open and close because of a tiny bit of nail hanging down. We will have to fix that, too. If you’re thinking about buying this, we recommend you round the edges and corners of the top piece—I wish we had. As far as shipping, please note it’s not in-home delivery. Ours was placed in our garage but we had to get it in the house on our own. Not a huge deal but it’s very heavy so have help nearby.

Beautiful island! It’s exactly what we needed and the company was so accommodating with my requests for rounded edges ( I have 3 small kids). I’d highly recommend this item for anyone looking for a farmhouse look in their kitchen ☺️

Waited a long time for this piece and it arrived very poorly packaged. And with 2 huge cracks in the top and a huge chunk gouged out. I unfortunately shipping ruined this piece. I’m very disappointed it’s going in my garage.

This is a BEAUTIFUL piece of furniture! It’s better than the pictures, and fit perfectly in our newly built home. There was good communication with the owner of the store and it came in perfect condition. She was a pleasure to work with!

Aside from my Great Grandmother’s rocking chair, this is by far my favorite piece of furniture that I own. I cannot express how much I love this island in my kitchen, I get so many compliments on it! It has added a ton of counter space to my small kitchen, and 2 more places for people to sit and eat and hangout. I love it!!!!

This order was to have been delivered 8-10 week from ordering. We are well beyond that date and the shop’s only reply on May 21st was it “looked like it was in production”. And now the shop is “on a short break” – what’s going on here????
