    Very nice cabinet

I wanted exact stain (brown) on website and came in grey. If it wasn’t so nice I would be very upset.

    Vanity/dresser

This vanity is made with real wood and is such great quality. It was not as easy to make it a vanity because of the real drawers but I have a wonderful contractor who made it work. I may even buy another one for my other bathroom I like it so much.

I love the vanity but the stain that was used is very strong. I’ve had it in my garage trying to get the smell out for nine days. I put a sealer on it and that helped but it still isn’t totally gone. I’m going to put another coat on it.

Now that I’ve put a sealer on the vanity the strong odor from the stain is gone , but the sealer has left it feeling kind of tacky and some shiny places. So, now I’m going to have to sand it and hope I don’t take off the stain completely or I’ll have to stain it again. This has not turned out very well. I still love the look of the vanity, but it’s been real pain with all these problems!

    Loved it

We purchased this to use as a vanity. When we opened the package there was a strong odor from the stain and saw dust in the drawers like the others have said. Since I bought this configured with no false drawers my contractor was not very happy retrofitting two sinks on it. But the finished product came out gorgeous!

    Love it!

I absolutely love this piece! Customer service was great and they had quick response. Delivery was on time. Overall I am extremely happy with it. My only complaints are, the stain job is not so good. There are some areas that are rougher where the stain did not cover. I’m pretty sure they wrapped the piece and shipped it right away so some of the stain on the legs is warn off due to plastic wrap. It has a stain smell so it is currently airing out in our garage. Other than that I am completely happy with this purchase and I glad I bought it!

    Lacking

First off the product looks nice but and there is a lot of buts… Product was missing stain in many areas not sure how to match. Item came covered in sawdust and yet the stain was still wet upon receiving and opening the item. This is supposed to be a bathroom vanity. What vanity doesn’t come sealed?!? It’s going to get wet/splashed on. Very disappointed for the price.

    Absolutely love t!

It took some minor hiccups to make this a vanity but it looks absolutely amazing in our powder room! Just the look I wanted for the space.

    The piece is fantastic!!

It took a little longer than expected, but once arrived – the piece looks great!! Rustic, yet charming. Exceeded our expectations. Excellent purchase. Can’t wait for our bathroom to be complete!

Maybe not ideal for a bathroom

First of all, this darn thing is very attractive and entire reason I chose it. That being said, I think it’s a bit of a stretch to call it a bathroom vanity. I do not recommend this vanity if you don’t have a handyman to make some changes to it. Our plumbing is closer to the floor of our bathroom so my husband had to cut two of the drawers to make them shorter to allow room for plumbing. The drawers were put together with finishing nails….I would expect better for the price. It did have a strong odor of stain which is expected I guess, we just aired it out in the garage for days. The color was also more red than brown but it worked. After a bit of sawing, nailing etc…we made it work for our bathroom and I really do like the look. Overall I gave it 4 stars despite the work i had to put into it. The quality of wood and overall look I am very pleased with.

    A true disappointment

I normally do not write reviews, but I fell this product is truly deserving of a few lines. Product arrived fairly well protected for transport. The real surprises started after the packaging was removed. The piece has only been stained with what looks like motor oil and has a strong oily smell to it. We have been letting it air out for about 2 weeks and it has not lost it’s odor yet. The real joy started when we tried to remove the drawers. The fit of the drawer faces is so bad that none of the four working drawers were able to be opened. I had to pull on them so hard I though the handles would come off. Once I was able to remove the drawers after a good bit of work we found that the frame rails and a good bit of the interior of the cabinet had not been stained. Also with just a stained finish I really can’t see how this can be cleaned or dusted in the future. Next there has been absolutely no though given to the design for us as a vanity. The drawers go all the way to the back of the cabinet and there is no allowance for plumbing. BUYER BEWARE THIS PIECE NEEDS A LOT OF WORK TO MAKE IT USABLE. At this price point you really have to love this piece to make it work.

BUYER BEWARE – Disaster from Start to Finish

1.It is supposed to be reclaimed barnwood. NOPE. It’s fresh, new pine that has been “aged” by a walnut oil rubdown. The people at Lowe’s laughed at me when I brought in the vanity cutout and asked about it. 2.The first one of these I ordered arrived damaged. The packaging was nonexsistent (i.e. wrapped in saran wrap and shipped in a cardboard box. That’s ALL. No padding. No foam. Nothing but cling wrap. I was a good sport about the damage and followed the customer service rep’s instructions to repair the broken areas. Well the rep didn’t know how the item was assembled , so the instructions provided to me damaged the item further. As such, they had to send me another entire vanity. So I had to wait another 6-8 weeks for a new item to be made and shipped from Mexico. That added a LOT more time onto our bathroom reno. 3.The new unit was a complete different color from the first one. First one was “stained” grayish, and the new one was “stained” brownish. So don’t plan on getting the color you’re expecting from the photo. 4.Here is where the fun REALLY BEGINS: There is NO WAY to install this unit for plumbing unless you have the time and know-how to invest about 6-10 hours dismantling the inside. The back opened via two panels that come off. But they were all nailed in and I had to use a pry bar and hammer to remove all the nails to access the back. You can’t do this without damaging some of the wood in the process. 5.Next, the internal mechanics to hold the drawers are completely incompatible with installing plumbing pipes and water hoses. With all the slats and brackets inside, there is no way that plumbing can fit. I had to gut the entire interior and throw it all away to make room for the plumbing inside. So, adios drawers. 6.Next, there was no way a plumber could install plumbing b/c the front was sealed up. We had 4 fake drawers up top and 2 functional drawers on the bottom. There wasn’t enough work room for a plumber to reach through to be able to get to the wall and hook up the pipes to the roughed in plumbing. I had to pry off all 4 fake drawer fronts for the plumber to get in there to work. 7.So now I have a huge, useless $1000 vanity that is nothing more than a 48” long box holding a sink. The drawer fronts are just leaning in their slots until I can find a way to get them to stay in place but still be able to access the plumbing. And the entire interior is gutted and just a huge space waster. 8.In short: You had better LOVE this item, b/c it’s not as advertised, it’s not designed for the purpose as intended, and it will require endless amounts of effort to make it usable. Yes, it’s pretty.

Very cheap hardware, two cabinets have already broken. Made in Mexico, price was great….I should have known better. Paint job was cool, but cabinet hardware and quality of build was lacking.

Amazing quality! I am very happy with the workmanship in this double vanity. The reclaimed wood is so beautiful. Would definitely purchase from this shop again. Highly recommend!

I purchased this item as a vanity, I am using a vessel sink on it. My installers has to remake drawers to accommodate piping. Also it’s construction is very poor , the finish is beyond rustic it almost looks like the construction was from wood pallets and that’s it, the handles were rusting we had to remove a spray with a clear coat otherwise every time you used one rust chips would fall onto floor..the drawers are had to glide.

  37. 4 out of 5

I absolutely love this piece – Except that the bottom shelf is so close to the floor that I can never clean under it or if something rolls under there it is gone forever. I wish it was 2-3” higher even if that means the shelf or the drawers are shorter. We plumbed this in place as a vanity so it can’t be moved 🙁

  38. 5 out of 5

Amazing.. these are high quality stunning pieces of art for less than a crappy Home Depot cabinet. You will not be disappointed.

  40. 1 out of 5

    Not really a finished product

Product came shrink-wrapped in plastic in a cardboard box – no other shipping material, foam, etc. to protect it. There was sawdust all over it and it smelled bad of the stain they used. And on staining the piece, a lot of areas were missed which is a problem because we have no idea what color they used to even go about fixing it. For a bathroom vanity, there is zero forethought in the design aside from the top two drawers being inoperable. I for instance would assume a vanity will have plumbing, hence a drain and wouldn’t put a thick brace right down the back/center where that drain would need to attach to the house drain. Another example is that there is no finish. It’s a vanity and going to get wet – at least put a satin urethane on it! The wood is nice, but why choose a piece of wood with a giant crack in it and sap running from a knot hole to be the one most visible on the top?? I understand “character”, but come on?? For the price, not worth it and definitely not considered a vanity.
