Poorly constructed. Cheap materials. Warped shelving. Packaging for shipment was a joke. I’m surprised it survived the trip.

This is a tough review to write. The basic cabinet is great. Customer service was great through the design and ordering process. The reason for 3 stars on quality is the adjustable shelf design. We needed to remove the shelves to make the unit light enough for us to get up stairs and into the house. The shelves were very challenging to remove. Once removed they were close to impossible to get back in. It took an hour to get two shelves in and I gave up on the third. It isn’t your typical peg system. I wouldn’t purchase anything with this type of shelf system again. I had to use a rubber mallet to get them in. The fascinating thing in is once in the shelves aren’t stable.

A beautiful piece that serves my need for some extra storage space. It was packaged very well and arrived unharmed. The top of the piece was not stained, and it is in a two-story home where the top can be seen from the second floor, so I requested some extra stain and received it promptly. If you have a similar location, I suggest that you ask for the top to be finished.

FoxDenBoutique is a very professional and easy to work with company. I sent instructions on what we wanted and they were followed closely. I had asked for an extra shelf in one of the cabinets and while there was a little confusion on that – FoxDenBoutique gladly added the shelves after the piece was completed with no hassles. They will send u a pic before each item ships for approval. Then I asked for two more pulls put on one of the cabinets and once again they gladly obliged. The cabinets are well built with thick solid wood and packaged well. Doors open / close perfectly and draws work properly. I did ask for a natural finish and the finish looked to have been stained with a light brown stain but it looks great so it wasn’t a huge issue. I am getting two more pieces built and would highly recommend this company.
